Todd Murphy is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over 30 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation including vocational assessment/evaluation, non-catastrophic medical case management, job search/placement services, job analysis, and expert testimony. Todd is currently serving as President of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) Carolinas Chapter. Todd is also a member of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association (SCWCEA). Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Georgia. He later earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.
VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
Objective and thorough vocational assessments/evaluations offered by a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with more than 30 years of experience. When requested, a complete report and rehabilitation plan is generated identifying barriers and potential solutions regarding a return to work.
REHABILITATION / JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES
Equipped with more than 25 years of contact with employers throughout the Carolinas, specific employment opportunities are identified within the injured worker's qualifications and any assigned physical restrictions.
LABOR MARKET RESEARCH / LABOR MARKET SURVEY
Using a variety of resources, labor market research provides accurate employment and wage data for specific occupations within a given area. This data is used for vocational planning and as part of the Vocational Assessment & Evaluation.
JOB ANALYSIS
On-site job analysis to identify the specific duties and physical demands required of workers. The job analysis can be used for physician approval and return to work.
